What does my standard registration include?

What is your policy for cancellations?
Cancellations must be received in writing, by fax or mail prior to the deadline date.
Cancellations will not be accepted by phone
Refunds will be distributed according to the following schedule:
Cancellations received THROUGH September 6: Full Refund.
Cancellations received THROUGH October 1:: 50% Refund.
Cancellations received AFTER October 1: No Refund.
A $50.00 administrative fee will be charged for ANY cancellation.
