What does my registration include?
- DVD copies of each session—All attendees will receive professionally produced and edited DVD copies of each session. These DVDs will also come with access to online manuals. They will be shipped directly to each attendee approximately 3 months after the event.

What is your policy for cancellations?
- Cancellations must be received in writing, by fax or mail prior to the deadline date.
- Cancellations will not be accepted by phone
- A $25.00 administrative fee will be charged for ANY cancellation.
PLEASE NOTE: There are limited seats for this event. Cancellations are final
and the seat will be filled by the next eligible attendee regardless of
cancellation date.
