What is your policy for cancellations?

  • Cancellations must be received in writing, by fax or mail prior to the deadline date.
  • Cancellations will not be accepted by phone.

 

 

Refunds will be distributed according to the following schedule:

    • Cancellations received THROUGH July 12th: Full Refund
    • Cancellations received THROUGH August 3rd: 50% Refund.
    • Cancellations received AFTER August 3rd: No Refund.
    • A $50.00 administrative fee will be charged for ANY cancellation.
