Richard W Arms, Jr., is a financial consultant to institutional investors and a private portfolio manager based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He is a noted expert in the field of technical and market analysis, the 1995 winner of the prestigious Market Technicians Award and the author of several best selling books and articles on his ground breaking theories in volume analysis and market forecasting. This key technical tool for understanding market price movement is listed daily in the Wall Street Journal and is flashed once a minute on CNBC.

James (Jim) Bittman is the author of four books, Options for the Stock Investor 2nd ed., Trading Index Options, Trading and Hedging with Agricultural Futures and Options, and Trading Options Like a Professional. He teaches courses for public and institutional investors, and he has presented custom courses in the U.S. and around the world. In 1980, Jim began his trading career as an equity options market maker at the Chicago Board Options Exchange. From 1983 to 1993, he was a Commodity Options Member of the Chicago Board of Trade where he traded options on financial futures and agricultural futures. Jim received a BA, magna cum laude, from Amherst College in 1972 and an MBA from Harvard University in 1974. Jim also teaches in a Masters’ level Program at The University of Illinois in Chicago.
Robert R. Prechter, Jr., CMT, is founder and president of Elliott Wave International, the world’s largest independent financial forecasting firm. He has been writing market commentary since 1976. In 1984, Bob set a record in the options division of the U.S. Trading Championship with a real-money trading account. In December 1989, Financial News Network (now CNBC) named him "Guru of the Decade." Bob served for nine years on the national Board of the Market Technicians Association and in 1990-1991 served as its president. Murphy, former technical analyst for CNBC, has over 35 years of market experience, and is author of several best-selling books, including Technical Analysis of the Financial Markets - which is widely regarded as the standard reference in the field. His book Intermarket Technical Analysis created a new branch of technical analysis emphasizing market linkages. Stocks & Commodities Magazine (October 2002) described his intermarket work as "unparalleled". His third book The Visual Investor applies charting principles to sector analysis.
Larry McMillan has authored two best selling books on Options, including Options As A Strategic Investment, recognized as essential resources for any serious option trader's library. As president of McMillan Analysis Corporation, he authors the "Daily Volume Alerts", and edits and publishes "The Option Strategist", a derivative products newsletter covering equity, index, and futures options. Recognized as an options trading industry expert, serious investors have relied on his insights, observations and recommendations for years.
Jack D. Schwager is executive director and senior portfolio manager at Fortune Group, an international hedge fund advisory firm, as well as principal investment manager of Fortune's Market Wizards Funds. A frequent seminar speaker, Schwager has lectured on a range of analytical topics with particular focus on the characteristics of great traders, hedge fund investment, performance measurement, technical analysis, and trading system evaluation.
